Accommodation good but activities geared towards French speakers

Relaxed, immaculate environment, with spacious accommodation and beautiful grounds.

Hotel is exceptional in every single way from cleanliness, friendliness and food. Only downside was the entertainment team. Only wanted to speak french and entertain the french holiday makers. The were extremely energetic and lively for their target audience while rude, arrogant, dismissive & aloof to the English. I can converse fluently in french but as soon as they clocked the English blue band turned their back and walked away mid sentence.. This divided the the evening. Also regardless of this issue it would have been nice to have had no entertainment and just subdued background Greek music at least one night

Sold as 4* hotel, the hotel rooms are dated and toilet didnt work, was fobbed off with rooms that were not equivalent eventually moved to another room which hosted cockcroaches. The ability for reception staff to problem solve wss not satisfacory. Hotel cleaning staff were amazing

I know it's 2 weeks before the end of season, but if things aren't going to be available then that should be highlighted. The only bar was outside and the weather made it uncomfortable to sit outdoors. Tui advertised 2 bars. Cocktails from their menu weren't included in the all inclusive package. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable The evening entertainment was all in French and slightly bizarre. It was so loud too. The daytime entertainment was mainly the entertainment crew shrieking at each other. We enjoyed the food for 3 days then went down with food poisoning. Not pleasant. Can only have been from the hotel. I'd question their food safety practices when they don't have a high turnover of customers...
