    Not happy with TUI from start to finish really. I’m in to process of complaining, however this is not easy to do either! After talking with the TUI rep at my hotel he showed me where to send a message. This would not work. I have then tried the raise complaint button on the app this also doesn’t work and will not process my complaint once typed out. We booked our holiday in store and was sold a free child’s place for a 3 year old which was great. We were not told that once we decided we were so happy we would go for 10 nights instead of 7 that the child free place was not included as we wanted 10 nights instead which is ridiculous. Store staff basically said there was nothing they could do and we needed to pay £1,500 for a 3 year old. So we cut our losses and went with it anyway. You then changed our holiday dates and we had to option to cancel free of charge with a full refund of anything we had already paid. Thinking about it now we should have done this and gone over to Jet 2 instead. But we went back to store, cancelled it and rebooked, funnily enough the child free places were now magically available for the 10nights. So we rebooked the same holiday but with a child free place. TUI then changed our flight times another 2 times. We paid for a late checkout room as we were advised by store staff that with 2 small children it would be advisable as we were leaving very late and would need somewhere to get ready. When I was with the TUI rep in the hotel he then showed me that we would be collected at 8.30am from the hotel. Meaning the late checkout room would not be needed, so we paid for this for nothing. TUI rep advised I click the ‘send a message’ on the app, this would not work it takes me round in circles. So I have been trying the ‘raise a complaint’ instead. I input all my info and complaint info, click save and it still does nothing! After chatting with other holiday makers we also discovered that they were there after go through Jet 2 and their holiday was nearly half the price of ours! So in future we will not be rebooking with TUI I feel totally dismissed from start to finish, I feel as though TUI were just interested in getting the most money out of customers regardless of needs or expectations! I would like someone to get back to me about the refund of our late checkout room. Please see booking ref: **********. Kind regards Fern Watkins lead passenger
