    Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was truly exceptional and, without a doubt, the best holiday experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Being greeted with a champagne flute of delicious mango juice was such a lovely touch and instantly made us feel at home. We were then taken to our room by golf buggy, with our luggage transported for us, making our arrival effortless and relaxing. The kindness of the staff was remarkable throughout our stay. When the padlock on my suitcase broke, a member of staff kindly helped me gain access to it, which was greatly appreciated. I would also like to say a huge thank you to the team at reception. They were always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to provide advice, information and assistance with a smile. Their kindness, patience and genuine care helped make our holiday completely stress-free from beginning to end. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mohamed Younis, the Hotel Manager, who was always on hand throughout our stay. It was clear how much pride he takes in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. He was attentive, welcoming and always visible around the hotel, overseeing everything and making sure guests were happy and well looked after. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care contributed greatly to the warm and friendly atmosphere that makes this hotel so special. He is a truly lovely man and a real credit to the resort. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The view from our balcony was stunning. I loved looking out across the illuminated hotel at night and waking up each morning to breathtaking views while enjoying a mint tea. It was the perfect way to start the day. A very special thank you must go to Mohamed Maher, the Restaurant Manager. As someone with coeliac disease who requires a strict gluten-free diet, travelling can sometimes be stressful. Mohamed went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy every meal safely. He organised our restaurant bookings, informed chefs and staff of my dietary requirements, and regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. His care, attention and genuine kindness meant so much to us. Another huge thank you goes to Chef Hussein, who took incredible care of me throughout our stay. Every day he prepared delicious gluten-free food, from the amazing pancakes at breakfast (which I genuinely miss now I'm home!) to wonderful pizzas and pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. My personal favourite was the incredible French meal he prepared for us. It was such a comfort to know I could enjoy my food without worry. Both Mohamed Maher and Chef Hussein are absolute credits to the hotel and deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide. Our room attendant, Ahmed, was fantastic. The room was always spotless, the fridge was stocked with our favourite drinks, and he created the most wonderful towel animals for us each day. The elephant was definitely my favourite. The hotel itself is beautiful. The gardens were immaculate and clearly maintained with great care by the hardworking and friendly gardening team. The pools were fantastic, and the pool staff were always cheerful, helpful and happy to assist with moving sunbeds or simply having a friendly chat. A special mention also goes to Ehab, the barman at the adults-only pool. He made the best mojitos ever and somehow always remembered our favourite drinks. His friendly personality, excellent service and attention to detail made every visit to the pool even more enjoyable. It was always a pleasure chatting with him, and his warmth and professionalism were very much appreciated. The staff in the Italian restaurant were wonderful, providing excellent service and making every meal enjoyable. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the chefs and staff in the Indian, Thai and Greek restaurants. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The quality of the food was exceptional, and each restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. What stood out just as much as the food was the kindness, care and attentiveness of the staff, who always made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine desire to ensure we had a wonderful experience did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. The beach was beautiful, and the views across the sea were simply breathtaking. To every member of staff at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort, thank you for making our stay so special. Your care, kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made our holiday unforgettable. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay. From the reception team, housekeeping, gardeners, pool staff and restaurant teams, to Mohamed Younis, Mohamed Maher, Chef Hussein, Ahmed, Ehab and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you for everything you do. It is the people who make this hotel so special, and every member of staff contributed to making our holiday one we will never forget. We miss being there already and cannot wait to return. Thank you, every single one of you, for your hard work, care and kindness. You made our holiday unforgettable and gave us memories that will last a lifetime.
