We run into little trouble in the room: mid stay we had ants in bed and hotel personnel not been able to get rid of them. We had been provided with other room, in the different building, but soundproofing in that room was terrible. It seems liked next room people actually stayed in our room!( hotel personnel sorted it for the nights). Also, clean less of the other room was below expectation, floor not been swept properly for 3 days we stayed in that room.

Resort communal areas were great. However, the rooms are tired looking and in need of refurbishment. Upon arrival we were grateful that when we checked in the staff offered us a ground floor room as I have a disability and find stairs quite difficult to negotiate. The two meet and greet events TUI organised were great and the resort staff provided lovely food. However on the first event only two couples turned up. The second was slightly better supported. Jamil - Food manager. Friendly and looked after us with a regular supply of wonderful food and drink. Diosiris Rodrigues - Concierge. Friendly and attentive, spoke good English and offered to take plenty of nice photos for us. The pool bar staff were always attentive and fun, we especially enjoyed banta with Gregory. He was a particularly conscientious worker.

Tui service as always good but hotel food wasn't good. We had diarrhoea, gut issues and I vomit after italian ala carte restaurant. We didn't drink any tap water or even that one they offer in restaurants. Main issue Caffè, bar or restaurant staff or even animations people and towel giving people they don't speak english. If you order alcohol drink of course they understand but I asked multiple time for sparkling water and they didn't understand what I mean. I went to activity person and asked what tome there is specific activity didn't understand what I say. All activities were explained in spanish. Restaurant on water called la cala wasn't in ala carte. They give to people voucher that doesn't give any discount to people. Example 40 dollars voucher for massage massage cist 125 dollars so u need to pay 85 on beach massage 65 but you can not use. Ok i understand that deal then they offer trip to other hotel to see it with lunch we accepted. Gentlemen asked before what we do as a job i said we work but on the question if we know hayatt I said yes because a side of my job I am independent travel agent so I know brand hayatt but informed him that holiday is fully private and no discounts or anything. Then we meet other couple who went with us on that yo other hotel they received voucher for excursion 50 dollars we didn't I tried sort out with staff impossible. The whey how they try to sell you their membership for hayatt horrible we wanted go ask and they keep back and back and back just trying to change our decision I understand process byt If someone said 2 or 3 times no that should be enough should be taken back to origin place of stay. Paper cup not good reusable would be better. Waiting in pool bar very long and they serve first whoever speak spanish. Pool should be cleaned better there was pool guys but standing under tree instead cleaning constantly. Water also coloured mu swim costume that should be checked. Fruits should be available bit more and more fresh veggies for salad not just lettuce and cucumber. In Caffè also should be available different type of milk not only one I tried once asked if they have oat milk but of course no one understand me. It was my birthday gift trip for my 40 th birthday and I only can recommend beach as water was turquoise and perfect with no sargassum. Cleaning room wasn't clean I understand each hotel have different standards but wasn't clean like others we have been in past. Generally I will call that hotel 3* and the price compared to all that was for us high regards to what we received.

the entertainment at the resort was excellent- especially the white beach party there was a disco for night owls- it was just mazing the whole holiday
