Apparently there was an issue with our room meaning we couldn’t check in the night we got there and we did arrive quite late, so we were tired The hotel put us up in another hotel that night, and we got there quickly enough. However, it was disappointing as we couldn’t relax that night and had to spend the next morning transferring, waiting for our room to be ready (about midday) when usually we would have been ready to explore or relax. There were some issues with aircon in our room too, and we had to call reception a couple of times to fix it. Some staff seemed a bit irritated, but most were lovely, especially the breakfast team. We were given a lunch voucher by the hotel which was a nice gesture, but I would have expected some contact from TUI to check all was ok. Again, it was a shame to loose an evening/morning of the holiday. The pool area was lovely, a highlight of the hotel. Location is great, a short walk to lassi and the beach.
