    Reception staff were very friendly, as we're the breakfast team. Our room seemed to have had the bathroom used after it had been cleaned, before we arrived. There were towels strewn in the lounge and still in the bathroom. Soap had been opened already. Reported to reception and it had been cleaned when we got back at midnight, but having arrived at 9.30 pm, we expected the room to have been cleaned. Through the stay no-one cleaned the balcony or outside table. Having 2 balconies was lovely, but it would have been better if there had been sun lounger or somewhere to sit on the second outside space, otherwise the pool area had too many people reserving sunbeds and noy using them for hours. Evening entertainment didn't start till 9pm and was very loud, went on until 11pm some evenings

    It was not 4* standard, as advertised. The air conitioning in our room didnt work. Our towels were changed once in 6 days. The outside table and chairs were never cleaned despite being positioned under trees, so frequently covered in bird droppings.

    Recommended

    Very clean room but as we were self catering unfortunately our room had no kitchen facilities to make our own meals but that aside the room itself was very nice 😀

    Over sold as 4 star. Was basic 3 star at most. Pool dangerous with warnings to be careful on edge as can cut. Pool floor covered in gravel and only swept to edge by staff. Lift broke down. Not 10 minute walk to beach. Under staffed with large queues for drinks in evenings - only 1 person serving. Staff allowing sunbeds to be reserved at 11pm night before. Food basic and not always warm.

    Recommended

    Room close to the pool. Cleanliness of the room. Shuttle bus to beach. Plenary of food options at every meal. Reception staff very helpful and provided a packed breakfast for the return journey. Very little entertainment during the day. Lack of sun beds around the pool with varying help from the poolside staff, sometimes he would help and call for extra beds sometimes he would simple say he would only speak Spanish.
