“Top!”

Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad. Heerlijk rustig verblijf met super lief personeel wat daar rond loopt. Doen alles eraan om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken voor je. Groot zwembad, kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt met schone handdoeken. Niets is te gek. Ontbijt was ook goed. De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd maar zeer schoon. Bed is smal maar ligt heerlijk en is niet doorgezakt. Badkamer is erg klein. Omgeving is erg rustig, wat wij prettig vinden. Om dingen te doen heb je wel echt een auto nodig. Dus huur deze erbij :)

TUI need to look at flight schedules from smaller airports as there were 4 flights departing within 90 mins and queues were horrendous. Certain areas of the accommodation could be improved ie showers. Pool bar did not offer lunch as stated in brochure. TUI staff non existent in hotel.

Hotel is a 2 star not as you advertised 3. Upgraded to all inclusive was a waste of money as drinks horrible. No fresh juice all fizzy pop. No snacks No variety for meals chips every meal was only potato apart from once in 10 days. Rice a risotto once in 10 days. Plain pasta almost every meal

Very well presented. Lovely gardens surrounding apartments. Very friendly staff. Facilities very clean. Apartment very spacious (2 bed).

Not dropped off at reception by bus, receptionist not very helpful on arrival, was given wrong WiFi code, banged head on sharp corner of cooker hood when stood at sink as it is in the wrong position, breakfast was poor, brochure says pool bar food available which was not the case it only started as we were leaving, wife cut finger cutting bread at breakfast as the bread was that hard, wife told to pull her costume top up more by the pool even tho she was not exposed ! Both ill as we came home with what be believe to be Zante flu ? So not the best experience!!!!!!!!
