    The standard of food was not 5 T - never had hot food it was always luke warm or cold - was told to self use one microwave if wanted it heated - 1 between 2000 guests and I think unsafe to reheat some like already like warm food The bars in the venue had no atmosphere - they were very brightly lit and more like small reception waiting areas - not what I would expect at a 5 T adult only venue - seating was awful - lack of for the amount of people There was a DJ a couple of nights but they could of got away with curative music as he hid wearing a tracksuit - no atmosphere as too loud for the area he was in - most people just playing cards Spa was awful and very very expensive for what it was - indoor pool was freezing so no one could use it - paid to have sauna and jacuzzi- such a waste of money while venue did not feel or look a described

    “Preis Leistung naja”

    Leider in meinen Augen kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Essen war meist oder fast immer abends nur wirklich lau warm.Hatte es im Vorfeld in Bewertungen gelesen aber wollte mir eine eigene Meinung machen.Leider war es so.Im offenen Essensbereich einfach gezählt zu viele Katzen (6-7) Für Allergiker von Katzen eine zumuten Gefühlt 20-30 Katzen auf der ganzen Anlage. Leider. Wurden überall gefüttert selbst im Mini Markt auf der Hotelanlage. Personal sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit das muss man sagen. Wirkte aber manchmal etwas chaotisch wenn Andrang groß war.Besonders Viktoria am Empfang war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Immer!👍 Ob ich es noch mal buchen würde?? Leider nein.

    The accomodation was just fine - first time booking a platinum and it claimed to be five star star hotel, it looked amazing, but parts of the place were run down - the tv was tuned properly so could not get any english channels, one of our plug sockets was broken and kept falling out. the blind between the bedroom and bathroom area was a bit grimey, the \"welcome\" throw over the bed had a stain on. and the balcony was too small - one person couldn't leave without the other getting up. we were in room 910, it was just okay, but not quite the expecation when someone says 5 star or platinum staff were really good and would leave us bottled water outside the room if we were sleeping and had do not distrub on the door.
