    Room/suit was very spacious and well laid out. Nice fixtures and fittings, unfortunately poorly finished off with bubbling plaster, bodged wood flooring, skirting boards, and architraves. A good shower room. Toilet brush removed after one day and never returned. Glasses brought back from the bar area were never removed from the room, but were all cleaned probably using bathroom water. Some days only one bottle of water was replaced instead of two. Bed sheets were not replaced every three days as expected. Free glass bottom boat trip was cancelled at short notice by staff who preferred to stay dry when a potential rain shower might occur. Some days there was a strong smell of vomit around the poolbar and a foul smell rrom drains walking down to the beach. In our party of six ( 4 adults and 2 chilrren ) Four were people fell sick with vomit and diarrhoea half way through our second week. No body ate outside of the hotel as we were all inclusive. It did spoil our holiday and were unable to eat or drink during these bouts of sickness. The hotel coped well, with mess made by the vomit in one of the suits. We were asked if we wanted a doctor to attend and in fact we did speak to the resident nurse whose English was very poor and refused to answer whether other people had been ill. A starvation diet did work without medication for everyone by time we came home.

    “Flitterwochen mit Kind in Mauritius”

    Gesamter Buchungsprozess und Bereitstellung der Informationen über TUI war sehr gut. Das Hotel Ravenala Attitude hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerade mit Kleinkind ist es optimal.
