    The initial room allocated was poor. Stained walls, mouldy grout & yellowing toilet seat. The toilet walls were unine stained and the pillow on the bed was stained and mouldy. This was a poor excuse for a junior suite

    Room was great size and well equipped, bed very comfy, Shower room and some of the decor needs updating, as looking a bit tired in some areas and needs a refresh

    Booked a junior suite in order to have a double and single bed as i was holidaying with my Mum. We were given an 'upgraded' double room with a sofa bed. The only plus was it was in the main hotel building. Food choice was disappointing as a vegetarian. Food containing fish was labelled as vegetarian. 'Hot' food was cold. Only plus was i've never eaten so much salad. The staff were fantastic apart from Hanna on reception who seemed to not care about the customer experience.

    “Relaks w Theo”

    Obiekt od strony ulicy może nie zachwycać, ale jak tylko wejdzie się do środka, od razu zmienia się perspektywa. Bardzo wygodny rozkład pomieszczeń (pokoje w budynku obok- oddalone od głównego budynku, tętnicego życiem), trzy baseny na różnych poziomach, w tym cudowny infinity pool z widokiem na morze. Można spędzić dłuższy czas patrząc na niedalekie morze. Bary z całkiem sporo ofertą drinków, miła obsługa, zróżnicowane posiłki w formule all inclusive. Drobnym mankamentem mógłby być nieco straszy styl hotelu, niemniej dka wielu to plus - nie płaci się aż tyle co w bardzo nowoczesnych kompleksach, a to co kluczowe - (3W) widoki, wygoda, wyżywienie są na wysokim poziomie. Będziemy polecać😊

    It was lovely and clean, breakfast fresh and hot. I was only B and B so can't speak to other food. I ate in the bar at the hotel and the staff were excellent
