    “Tropical park”

    Prima appartement, schoon, netjes, ruim! Twee maal een klein “probleem” welke binnen no time werden opgelost! Prima service. Ontbijt prima! Ruime keuze. Zwembaden prima! Kortom geen klagen. Prima accommodatie

    Hotel was great, spacious room, clean and tidy. Food at the hotel wasn't very good, meat was overcooked, dry and chewy, fried eggs were dried out all due to being under heat lamps, dessert was small creamy squares which despite having different toppings, all tasted the same. The Litchi Tapas bar, well that wasn't great, hardly any kind of drinks other than beer wine or house spirits, didn't even have soda water and there was never any Tapas on offer, oriental looking barman was rude, as most staff were, never a hello or good morning...

    Apartment very spacious and immaculately clean. Hotel facilities very good. Impressed with accessibility è.g ramps and lifts to all areas including the pools. Food very good. Drinks were expensive if not on all inclusive. Free water fountains around the complex were a welcome surprise. Close to supermarket which was handy, some shops and a pharmacy also close by. There was no evening entertainment at the hotel which was a shame and the bar upstairs closed at 11pm and you had to leave the bar at that time. There was nowhere else in the hotel to sit once the bar closed expect by the pool and one evening at 11.30pm when we were sitting there at a table playing cards we were basically instructed to go to bed by a member of the hotel staff! So therefore there was almost an 11pm curfew being imposed which was uncomfortable and not really in a holiday spirit. In the upstairs lounge for most of the week the bar was manned by Jose who was great but for the last few days of our stay a man called Hong took over and he was quite rude! Regarding the entertainment programme - for most of our stay Diego ran the activities and he was excellent. He worked very hard and delivered everything from daily aqua fit classes, water polo and games to activities for the children to join in with. Sadly for the last four days he was on his break and the lad that replaced him just wandered around and didn’t initiate any activities. This was a shame. Surely there should be more than one member of staff at a time making up the entertainment team! On the whole the accommodation was excellent and we would stay there again but there is a definite need for an evening entertainment programme, especially as there is very little in the way of bars etc in the immediate area surrounding the Tropical Park Hotel.
