    hotel complex too large for us. Evening meal restaurants dotted all over the complex, between 10 and 20 minutes walk. Not all open all the time. Buggies for guest transport between hotel and restaturant far and few between unrtil the bosses visited for an inspection then the food, service and buggies went stratospheric ! The room and restaurant for breakfast and lunch were very good. The sunloungers by the beach were really uncomfortable and require soft cushioning, like the poolside loungers. Most of the staff were really excellent especially the \"butler\". food and drinks very good. Not perfect but we live in an imperfect world; it did what it said on the tin.

    The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The room (junior suite) was a great size and in a great position within the complex for us. The Butler service offered is very hit and miss. She was lovely but never seemed to be at her desk, the whats app service is only any good if you can get signal and sometimes took a while to get a response. Other hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and would do anything to help. The biggest negative is the Travel Club reps, they are rude, aggressive and a complete annoyance. It go to the point where on our own holiday we were avoiding the lobby of the hotel and finding other ways to move around the complex just to avoid them. This is not something we should be doing on our honeymoon. The food was great. The beach unfortunately was almost inaccessible due to the seaweed, but not something the hotel can control.
