    Was wonderful, location and the accommodation was beautiful. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Would absolutely love to go back.

    Our stay at TRS Yucatan was perfect from start to finish. As big foodies we chose this hotel as we wanted all inclusive but the opportunity to try different restaurants rather than having a buffet every night. We were able to try nine different restaurants across the resort from authentic Mexican cuisine to a teppanyaki show cooking night! We loved all the food we tried with our favourite being Capricho Mexicano popup on Sundays and the French restaurant La Boheme. The drinks and cocktails were also great, especially on the TRS side. When staying at TRS, you get access to all of the other hotels across the grand palladium resort which was nice if we wanted to switch up which pool we wanted to go to one day. During our stay we attended the CHIC cabaret show which we enjoyed and the food was some of the best we’ve had! It was high quality and unique. We also visited the spa twice which was incredibly relaxing and the massage we had was great. We left the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed. The pool at the spa is beautiful and the hydrotherapy circuit includes a huge sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub and swan neck hot tub. The service was second to none with a fantastic butler service in each villa. Jessica, our butler for most evenings of our stay, was great and always took the time to speak with us whenever we saw her! She also recommended dishes for us to try at certain restaurants and day trips to try out. Cart rides were readily available to get you where you needed to be but the walk was also really nice and allowed you to take in the wildlife that lives on the resort. If you are good with directions, the mangroves are a really handy and quick way to get around. We saw so many iguanas, coatis (and baby coatis sooo cute!) There are so many more positive things I could say, we’d choose to come back here again 100x better over. Thanks for making our holiday incredible! Very sad to be leaving 😢

    “Accomodatie geweldig! Tui waardeloos”

    TRS yucatan is alles wat je verwacht, en meer! Het personeel, het eten, de voorzieningen, het park, alles is tiptop geregeld. Iedereen is ontzettend lief, alles wordt geregeld en de omgeving wordt elke dag keurig bijgehouden. Tui heeft ons waardeloos geholpen. Het eten, comfort en beeldscherm in het vliegtuig was vies/onprettig/werkte niet goed. Bij het omboeken / upgraden van de stoelen ging het in het systeem fout. We hebben lang in de wacht moeten hangen en 3x is de verbinding verbroken. Er is geen sorry of tegemoet komen geweest. We hebben gemaild dat bellen niet lukte, we kregen een mail met een ********** om te bellen over de klacht.... Tijdens ons verblijf bleken meerdere gasten VEEL minder te hebben betaald dan wij. Bij het indienden van een klacht zijn we tot heden nog niet verder geholpen...

    “Zeer luxe resort”

    Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Voor ons de meest luxe vakantie ooit. In het begin wat ongemakkelijk maar het went snel. Zeer veel variatie in eten en drinken. Wel amerikaans zodat je vlug van tafel vent als je het niet duidelijk aangeeft

    Lots of restaurants closed on the complex. Had to book 2 weeks of meals on arrival. Upgrading Everything on every opportunity. Pressurised sales on arrival. Entertainment was very poor and not much variety. Intruder in our room and complained to butler and management. They weren't very helpful . Security was very lax. Not the high end expensive holiday we had thought. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return
