    Well, the room was clean and air conditioned. The partial sea view was magnificent as was the rest of the view. The room was cleaned beautifully every day. There were plenty of hangers and lots of drawer space - maybe a little chest of drawers would have been an added bonus. The fridge was well stocked with a good choice of drinks. Oh and the bed! The mattress was memory foam and it was like sleeping on a cloud! The lighting was modern and took a while to navigate but it was so well thought out and worked from both sides of the bed! The staff at the hotel were all brilliant, efficient, friendly and hard working. We made friends with several of the waiters and waitresses. They couldn’t have looked after us better at all. A special mention to the following who went above and beyond: Eleni Salvador - PR Manager (she was lovely and we just loved her) Giorgios - restaurant (service with the best smile) Rafaela - restaurant (her recommendations were spot on!) Other staff members both in the restaurant and beach bar were so wonderful too but I can’t remember all the names. Jenny TUI rep - she was brilliant although we didn’t book any trips, we still chatted with her and she was lovely and helpful. Lastly but by no means least - Lea at Staines superstore who once again knew exactly what holiday would be suitable (she booked us the flavours of Sorrento last year too). She is a superstar! We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable holiday to chill after a very sad year and that is exactly what we got. Thank you to every single person who helped this happen, both TUI staff and atlantica Nissaki staff. We loved Corfu, all thanks to you!

    Staff at the Atlantica Nissaki were helpful, polite and accommodating. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed however we didn’t get our water and refreshments daily so for 3 days we were without drinks in our room which was annoying. Some tui blue staff were great, others not so much. Out transfer ended up being an hour late on the way home as well and our arm chair on the plain was broken and could have caused injury.

    No water for shower at busy times, food quality poor, drinks quality poor, no where to walk in the evenings

    Whilst the hotel was very clean, our room was directly below the entertainment area. The cleaning staff woke us at around 7:30am dragging chairs and tables to clean this area.
