    We have just returned from an incredible one-week stay at Zante Caravel, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel welcome. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always delivered with a smile. The table service at meals was excellent, and the pool service was outstanding, meaning we could relax without constantly having to get up for drinks. We never had to queue at the bar, which made the all-inclusive experience feel even more premium. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and it’s the people who really make this hotel stand out. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was fantastic and made our holiday feel even more special. Having direct access to the pool was a real luxury and somewhere we loved relaxing throughout the day. The infinity pools overlooking the sea are absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views that never got old and created the perfect setting to unwind. The hotel grounds are immaculate, with beautifully maintained gardens and spotless communal areas. Housekeeping also deserves special mention—the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, and everything throughout the hotel was consistently pristine. The food exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of variety at every meal, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and something to suit every taste. The absolute standout, however, was the à la carte restaurant. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented, and easily on par with a high-quality standalone restaurant. It was one of the best meals we had during our stay. The evening entertainment was another highlight of our stay. Every night there was live music, creating a lovely atmosphere without feeling over the top. It was the perfect way to end each day, whether enjoying a drink after dinner or simply soaking up the ambience. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and left wishing we could stay longer. If you’re considering booking Zante Caravel, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning!

    Initially poor, we were given a room which was small and overlooked a builders yard, the refuse collection and bottles being emptied into recycling, the sea view was extremely limited and there was some awful builders netting but requested a room change, this took 24 hours to resolve but happy with the new room
