    I cannot recommend this holiday based on our experience. While I understand that this was not a TUI-owned or TUI-managed hotel, it was sold through TUI and did not meet the standard we have come to expect from previous holidays booked with you. The hotel itself had numerous issues, including an overpowering seaweed smell, mould and cleanliness concerns in the room, noisy air conditioning, frequent power interruptions, raccoons entering our room, limited food options with restaurants regularly closed, poor entertainment, and very little communication about activities. We also felt our 27th wedding anniversary was completely overlooked. The TUI representative was polite and professional, but understandably had limited ability to resolve many of the issues because the hotel is not operated by TUI, only sold by TUI. That left us feeling disappointed, as we booked through TUI expecting a certain level of quality assurance. We have previously enjoyed excellent holidays with TUI, including TUI Blue Malta, TUI Blue Egypt and Sensatori Punta Cana, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Going forward, I believe TUI should be much clearer when a hotel is independently operated and ensure that properties sold under the TUI brand genuinely meet the standards customers associate with TUI.

    The hotel was lovely but when I comes to value for money when we paid over £3000 and their was hardly anything open and the hassle of having to rebook cause we was forced to cancel Dubai was very heartbreaking for us considering this was for my Mrs birthday

    Rooms spacious, clean and comfy bed. Very well cleaned daily. Nothing negative at all about the room. Many of the bars and restaurants advertised were closed or on part time basis. It was the most disappointing aspect of our holiday. We were expecting to have choice of 7 restaurants and bars, but this was not the case. Restaurants being closed completely or on odd days, venues moved, menus changed, bars closed, opening hours reduced, pools closed, THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN RELAYED TO US DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS AND WE COULD HAVE MADE AN INFORMED CHOICE. This is very poor practice and I would like to take my complaint further as no action has been taken. Complaint No. **********

    The hotel was billed as quiet and tranquil place however nobody advised us the sister hotel (which is apparently known for being more lively) was closed. Therefore lots of partying guests were using what was supposed to be secluded pools for chilling and relaxing. Therefore lots was even a foam party on the 4th July with a DJ as the other hotel had closed ruining our relaxing experience.
