    Staff were always helpful and pleasant. Although there is a hill up to the main restaurant and pool, the staff are more than happy to help with driving up and down. The accommodation has so much to offer for everyone, making it a perfect destination for all the family

    Accommodation was lovely and facilities very good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location was good. TUI staff were great, particularly Stacey and Emily, who were both so helpful and friendly. The only real drawback to the hotel and overall experience was the food. Having booked late, we were able to take advantage of a discounted rate, so we weren't overly concerned, however, had we paid full price, we would not have been happy with the quality of the food. All in all, this was the only thing that let our experience down. To be more clear on this, my family and I found the food to lack flavour and the quality to be pretty poor. The salad bar was good though. The desserts were almost entirely cream based.

    The accommodation was great, exactly as described and the room was spacious, modern and clean. Air con was excellent. The only negative I can say about the room was the shower, the head was tiny and pressure not great - so hard to wash long hair. But everything else was spot on =).

    Would like to say the resort and hotel were wonderful. I was just disappointed with the food. How can you stay in Greece and not get Dolmades once. Also the themed nights also felt odd and overall the food was lacking in zing and would be the reason I would look elsewhere when we return to Elounda
