    We stayed at the TUI BLUE Insula Alba resort in Crete. Unfortunately we did not have a very good week away. The hotel was ok but the photos on the TUI website when we booked are definitely out of date. The weather was awful all week with weather warnings and flash floods so we were very limited as to what we could do outside of the hotel. Because of the weather we were stuck at the hotel most of the time. The activities were cancelled and the majority of the evening entertainment / live acts were also cancelled due to the weather. Nothing was organised to replace these, which made the experience a tad boring. Some of the staff during food service seemed too relaxed and not much attention was given when plates needed clearing etc. the food also was very repetitive and by the end of the week I was struggling to find something I wanted to eat. We are very disappointed considering we’ve stayed at other TUI BLUE and Atlantica resorts and all were amazing. Just a shame we had this experience.

    Hotel was nice but weather was not great the week we went. I do feel the room was expensive for what it was. A private pool but overlooking some bushes. Rooms fairly basis for 5*. Food ok but repetitive. The restaurant you could book into was great though, this was a lovely evening. They tried to put good entertainment on. Silent disco good.
