    The hotel is TUI Blue Orquídea by Grupotel. There are 3 other hotels around by Grupotel. All inclusive guests from other hotels can use Orquídea facilities. This means there are far too many people around the Orquídea swimming pool as this one has the better pool facilities. Sun loungers are touching eachother and you are shoulder to shoulder with a complete stranger. The selection of food was really poor. It was the same food each night with a few select differences. We were all inclusive but ate out of the hotel for the last 3 nights as we were fed up with the poor selection of food. The smoking area of the hotel is right in the middle of the hotel and the smoke rises making it very unpleasant to sit on your balcony or even have the balcony door open. As it was low season when we visited, there must've been a special offer for Spanish people because the weekend was overrun with Spanish people and they gathered in the smoking area and were talking until after midnight. It's supposed to be a family hotel but me and my family were unable to sleep because of the Spanish adults smoking and drinking right below my balcony. The hotel staff were doing favours for their fellow Spanish guests. I speak Spanish so understood all the conversations. They didn't know I understood.

    We stayed in the hotel itself. The rooms were spacious & bright. We did have to buy our own coffee & milk as the coffee was never replaced unless you went to reception & there were no little milk cartons. But thankfully there are shops close. The hotel itself is small for the crows of ppl coming from the sister hotels. It can become very overwhelming. But we have booked to go back again
