Perfekte Lage direkt an der bezaubernden Bucht Cala Gran! Mit makelkosen weißen Sandstrand und kristallklarem Wasser ist die von Felsen umgebende Badebucht ideal für Schwimmer und Sonnenanbeter. Durch ihre weite Ausdehnung ins Landesinnere bietet die Bucht eine weitläufige und geschützte türkisfarbene Wasseroberfläche. Die vor Ort ansässige Tauchschule bietet neben Tauchkursen auch Klippenspringen unter Anleitung und Aufsicht an. Wer etwas weniger Action mag, mietet sich ein Tretboot oder vergnügt sich beim Speedboot fahren. An der kleinen Promenade im hinteren Teil des Strandes befinden sich kleine Restaurants, die zum Verweilen einladen.

    Poor air conditioning: The air conditioning in our room was extremely poor throughout the stay. Even when set to 5°C, the room remained uncomfortably warm. On two separate occasions, the air conditioning stopped working completely and we had to contact reception/maintenance to have it repaired. Even after being fixed, it was still not cooling the room adequately, which significantly affected our comfort and sleep. A la carte dinner not communicated: We were not informed on arrival that we had an a la carte dinner included as part of our holiday. We only found this out from another guest after the allocated day for the dinner had already passed. As a result, we were unable to use an inclusion that we had paid for as part of our holiday package. Had we been properly informed on arrival, we would have made arrangements to use it. Conflicting information regarding late checkout: As we had a late flight home, we spoke to reception two days before checkout to ask about a late checkout. We were advised that this would likely be possible. We returned the following day to confirm and were then told that a late checkout was not available. We appreciate that availability cannot always be guaranteed, but we were disappointed to have been given the expectation that this would likely be possible and then told otherwise the following day. Pool view room not as expected: We specifically booked and paid for a pool view room, expecting to have a reasonable view of the pool from our room. Instead, the view was largely obstructed by the pool bar seating, meaning we did not receive the pool view we had expected when booking. In addition, the room regularly smelled of food, which appeared to come from the nearby pool bar/food area. Due to the room not meeting our expectations, we ultimately felt we had no option but to pay an additional €280 to upgrade to another room. This was an unexpected additional expense that we feel should not have been necessary given the room type we had originally booked.

    Room ok but would rather have had smaller bathroom and lots more storage. Coat rack and toilet roll holder hanging off. Flush buttons sticking.

    As above. TUI rep awful. They didn't seem interested in our questions we had for them. Hotel staff fantastic. Daytime entertainment wasn't great and very noisy.
