    We had a wonderful stay at Akra Fethiye and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The food was of a very good standard, especially considering it is a buffet. There was plenty of choice, and everything was fresh and well presented. A particular highlight for us was how well the resort catered for my stepson’s allergies. The staff took his allergies seriously, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure he was safely catered for. This gave us all such peace of mind and made a huge difference to our holiday. We stayed in an adult room and it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The adult-only areas throughout the resort are excellent — peaceful, calm and a lovely place to relax. The availability of sunbeds was also very good, with free beds throughout the day. The entertainment was another positive. There was a good variety and the quality was impressive, while still allowing the resort to maintain its relaxed atmosphere. The daily quiz was a particular highlight for us! The show cast are excellent - some incredible singing voices. Overall, Akra Fethiye is a lovely, beautiful resort with a fantastic atmosphere. The combination of excellent service, genuinely friendly staff, peaceful adult zones, great attention to dietary requirements and a beautiful setting made our stay very special. We would happily return and highly recommend Akra Fethiye to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday.

    The pool bar and ice cream parlour were understaffed, long queues. The pool bar rarely had cold water only warm as it appeared they didn’t have time to put it in fridge. Plastic tumblers were often used as they had run out of clean glasses. Pool areas not thoroughly cleaned, floors often had same debris on them for days. The loud thumping music operated from pool bar was totally over the top and we complained about the deep base, thud thud thud thud all day. Why the resort feels it needs to pump loud music out all day I’ve no idea. We stayed two years ago and the area was peaceful, so in our opinion was spoilt. No where quiet to sit of an evening, either entertainment, or loud music in reception bar or loud music in play area once entertainment finished. Everything is just “loud” Considering this is a family hotel with lots of young children I just don’t see why everything is aimed at young adults with the music vibe - very disappointing. The hotel is very nice but it just felt understaffed and not quite hitting the expectations of our previous stay. Long queues at dinner in the buffet for hot food and long queues at breakfast if you wanted an omelette. I would not stay at the hotel again purely for the music around the pool which isn’t needed at all.

    We paid an extra £800 plus for a swim up room. THESE ARE NOT SWIM UP! How can you swim up to this rooms or the rooms? Accommodation is not 5 star and extremely noisy (sound in adjoining rooms and corridors).
