    We had a lovely week at the hotel. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport. We were surprised with an upgraded room on floor 11, and our daughter and grandson had a split level room on floor 10. Both rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, good air con and rooms cleaned daily. Views from the terrace were amazing. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a good time. We were all inclusive and the food selection worked for us. The food as expected was not piping hot so we used the microwave which is available in the dining area. We always take our own coffee. We didn’t visit the bar so unable to comment on quality of the drinks. Plenty of sun beds available but more parasols would have suited us as we prefer to sit in the shade and not full sun especially with a child. Towels available from a kiosk by the main pool area which can be changed twice a week at no charge. Life guards on duty daily. Inflatables can be used in the childrns pool. Daily programme available on the Tui app but it might be nice to have a display board in reception or by the pool area. All in all a great family holiday.

    The hotel was lovely a just as described. The split level rooms are lovely and spacious and feel quite luxury especially with our sea view as we were on the 9th floor

    The selection of evening entertainment was average. There was no where at the hotel that gave a timetable of the activities. It was very difficult to hear the announcements over the pool about what was happening except about water aerobics so we never actually knew what was going on. The food selections weren’t great, especially for fussy children. The meals weren’t matched to the accompaniments/sides. Having said that, the option of the restaurant was great (kids didn’t appreciate it, but we did). It was a lovely chilled hotel and the staff were great

    With an autistic child in the party the hotel were unable to provide two rooms next door to each other. This is the first time we have not been given adjoining rooms and made our holiday difficult.
