    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the beautiful room and excellent food to the outstanding service, everything was truly first-class. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would especially like to thank Aleksandra at the reception, who went above and beyond to help me register for the 5 km race in Halkidiki on August 29th. Thanks to her kindness and support, I was able to take part in this amazing event. Running my first 5 km race was an unforgettable experience. I may not have finished first, but I crossed the finish line and received a medal — a memory I will treasure forever. What makes this hotel truly special is its wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special and for giving me memories that I will keep forever. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return! ❤️

    The huge negative was the food in the restaurants. The food was below par, cold and often salty. Often section of food where un-eatable. For example, the beans at breakfast were often cold, we had corn on the cob which was both under and over cook, and the corn was like carboard, some meals were so salty (pasta at lunch) that one taste and rest to the bin. Being the second (and last) year at this hotel, the food quality, variety and freshness had decreased. The omelette station had disappeared, no longer drink serviced to table - this did feel like a huge let down.

    “Post holiday survey ;)”

    Ogolnie ok, nie bylo to napewno 5* ale niezłe 4*. Czystość po Grecku ma inny wymiar ;) Dookoła nic nie ma, ale jeśli ktoś planuje być tylko w hotelu to jest ok.

    The websitrle advertised the hotel to cater for allergies, we found this wasnt really the case. The chef himself was very helpful, once he had been located. But the buffet itself offered no allergy friendly food, not least fit for a child. The hotel is listed as 5 star, however having visited a few 5 star resorts, we felt this location has been overrated.

    “Sehr international”

    Nicht so TUI Brandes wie erwarte. Oft nur Kommunikation auf Englisch möglich. Aber tolle saubere abwechslungsreiche Anlage. Aquapark super. Minimarkt in der Anlage ist sehr teuer.
