    Check in process was prolonged and no info given Details of à la carte dining misleading as no bar service provided we left the dine out restaurant as staff were rude and unprofessional again description misleading 1 drink each no bar service our daughter does not drink wine or beer why should she have to have a soft drink when she can have bar service at the hotel!! Our room wasn’t cleaned one day and had to chase reception. We put in a luggage collection request for 09.55 the reception rang us at 03.50 not impressed!!

    This was our second trip to the Grecotel marine palace and on both occasions our room type has not been what I’ve booked. The rep was wonderful but the hotel reservation team very dismissive of the problem and we were told that because we accepted the room on day three of our holiday that they weren’t prepared to compensate even though the manager used those words when discussing moving rooms. I’d booked a specific room type and paid the premium to ensure we had a sea view and sliding doors but we ended up not having the correct room for the whole stay and it really spoilt it for us all but had no choice but to accept as nothing else was available but as I said this was clearly not something the hotel cared about.

    “Porażka”

    Gorzej być nie mogło. Pokój znajdował się przy hotelowych śmietnikach, gdzie od godz. 5.00 czasu polskiego pracowała maszyna do recyklingu. Bardzo udane wakacje…
