    We arrived early hours of the morning following a flight from Cardiff. Arrival was approx 12:30am. We were made to wait for 90 mins for a room to be made available and a further 20 mins for a second room. I had 4 children (range 5yo-13yo) and after a day of travel was disappointed with the service offered by the night manager. He had no English, tried to help with offering drinks at the bar but kept saying \"10 mins for rooms to be available\". It was the worst part of the trip. I raised this with the TUI rep (Gav?) in the welcome meeting the following morning. I was given a plate of Oreos, Strawberry & Cake as a compensatory apology delivered to the room! I appreciate there is operational and logistical challenges but as a customer I do expect 2x rooms available to new guests at 12:30 in the morning! First impressions count, however, the wider experience of the holiday was excellent. A good hotel, plenty of food/drink on offer, the daily and nightly entertainment was good and the opening times and closing times of the bars were fair. Language barrier was a challenge, that's may be the only other barrier faced though I do recognise I was in the minority as a British holidaymaker with Polish, German, Romanian & other Eastern European nationalities the majority.

    Didn't turn the football pitch lights on in the evening. There was an extra cost. Poo found in pool once. Poo found on slides and staff didnt seem bothered. No welcome food or drink on arrival at 2am. Settee bed was like sleeping on concrete.
