    Recommended

    There was a sofa bed in our room for our 5 year old this was very uncomfortable, they removed this and provided a proper single bed within hours of us requesting this!

    The staff were so good. Our housekeeper was lovely and so accommodating and kept us clean and stocked throughout. The bar staff were also great. The entertainment team were so good. Special mention for Raaja, JayJay, Mario and Emma who all made our stay that bit more special with all the games and activities we took part in

    We pre booked our rooms, as requested an adjoining room. This seemed to go smoothly and on arrival at the hotel we received the allocated room numbers that we booked and paid the charge. However on arriving at the rooms, although the numbers matched what we booked on the site, they were not located as per the map, and were not adjoining. We queried other rooms at reception but none were available. Had we not have been told these were adjoining when booking, I wouldn’t have pre-booked and incurred a considerable additional charge of almost £300. Also the air con was temperamental and weak when working. Took a long time to cool the room. That being said, the rooms were fantastic and staff ensured cleanliness throughout our stay to a high standard.

    We are frequent travelers with Tui over the last three years spending over £35,000.00 last year we went to Manor in Tunisia Amazing. for a first time in a long time we went to the welcome meeting this was more a sales pitch that an explanation of the hotel. Never met all the entertainment team the entertainment on the night was the same thing dance shows the dance show in the captains bar food was lovely but the every meal time was hard to find a seat and very little air conditioning which made meal time uncomfortable and unbearable.
