    Absolutely fantastic holiday!!! We definitely chose the right resort! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After being well overdue a holiday abroad, four years infact, we were so ready for some quality family time. I can honestly say we definitely chose the right resort with TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana! We travelled as a family of six - Me and my husband with four children aged 6, 7, 14 and 17. We met my Mother in Law and her husband there too. One of the best things about this resort was that there really was something for everyone. We never once felt that an activity was only suited to one age group as most activities had different sessions for different age groups so all could have a try. There were so many activities to get involved in, some of our favourites were archery, tennis, to water sports including banana boat rides and canoeing. The activity pool was great fun too! We joined in with some of the pool games including trying not to pop the water balloon and running across a sheet stretched over the water.. lots of laughs were had! We also really enjoyed the pool exercise with the drum sticks, which was such a fun and different activity. We even had the opportunity to enjoy camel rides along the beach, which was a lovely experience and something the children will remember. The hotel itself was clean and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We had 2 rooms - for me and 2 of our children and my husband and 2 of our children, thankfully we were next door to each other which was appreciated as they were pre allocated when we arrived. Both rooms was clean too although there were a few stains on the wooden surfaces of mine that looked like old drink cup marks. They clearly weren’t dirt and wouldn’t wash away as i tried, so this was only a minor cosmetic issue but it was a little disappointing to see for 5*. The lobby of the hotel was stunning. One person who really stood out to both me and my husband was Rajaa, one of the TUI MAGIC LIFE activity team. Rajaa was absolutely fantastic!! She interacted brilliantly with all four of our children and even managed to get our teenage daughter up on the dance floor! She was incredibly patient and caring with our 6 and 7 year olds during archery, and was always so chatty, smiley and welcoming with us and other families. Her kindness and excellent customer service really made an impression on us. She genuinely went above and beyond, and I know I will remember her warmth and friendliness from our holiday for a long time. If we return to TUI MAGIC LIFE Africana, I would honestly hope that Rajaa is still there! The food was good, breakfast was not too bad but lunch and dinner were better. Some wonderfully cooked beef some nights. Good choices! And I know as some people worry about food abroad but not once did we get bad stomachs! Overall .. We had a fantastic holiday. We absolutely loved it, made some brilliant memories as a family and would definitely recommend this resort to other families looking for a holiday where children and teenagers of different ages can all have fun!
