    This hotel is NOT 5*. The room was basic, cleaners outside chatting at 7am, disturbing holidays! Bathrooms doors full of damp. I experienced a very awful Food poisoning incident and reported to the hotel Relations who were extremely unhelpful and frankly unkind. Asking us to get in touch with the chefs when I was flying home the next day. With regard to seeing a TUI rep - on 3 - 4 occasions we tried to book an excisions but apparently he was either late or hadn’t started work at 12. We always had to come Back! So we left it. All in all we were missold a holiday that was supposed to be 5* or more. It was quite a basic holiday within nice grounds. The level of food, drinks, service and overall care and etiquette was substantially low giving me a very bad opinion on TUI going forwards. I was very ill and nobody there even tried to compensate.

    It's in a good location, there's plenty to do, it's clean. Their plastic waste amount is huge though because drinking water only comes in plastic bottles.

    The hotel although 5 star, is in need of a revamp. Bathrooms are dated and need a few things fixed. The shower hose was too short so it could not reach the holder on the wall. You had to hold the shower head while showering. Light over the sink was broken. Very poor seal repair around the bathroom - looked a child had resealed the bath. Balcony glass filthy. Never cleaned.
