Our room location wasn't very good it hadn't been upgraded we went to reception and they gave us another room next day which was fantastic.

Leuke hotel. Wel best druk, en niet altijd rustig, zo niet geschikt voor mensen die rust zoeken, maar heel leuk voor kinderen

Well, having been at the hotel every year for last 4 years and my in- laws go to same hotel about 3 times a year I contacted the hotel by email to say it was my 50th birthday. All past years they had provided a nice cheap bottle of bubble. We also asked if we could have same room as last year. We were told they would do their best. When we arrived the room was not available and we would have to come back the next morning at 0700 with all our bags.. we asked if we could go and get lunch and come back.. which the duty manager said yes. We came back to say we would do that, BUT another receptionist became very aggressive towards use using hand gestures and told us to go away and we said we didn’t want it and that they had given it to someone else. My partner had lived in Spain for 10 years and speaks extremely fluent Spanish. She said they were cursing use. This made our holiday feel not so special and my 50th not some special. We were not feeling that we could not go to the reception for any issues. Needless to say I did not get a bottle on my 50th birthday and this was sad. The only two people whom remembered us and made the effort were the two older female bar staff at the centre outside bar with remembered us and welcomed us like friends. We’re felt let down this time.

Basic room but adequate for price. I missed having a fridge in the room. Air con was hit `and miss. TV kept losing signal. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room however as there were plenty of activities and the location of the hotel was excellent.
