    The hotel itself was wonderful- beautiful pools, excellent food and entertainment and friendly staff. However it was let down by the accommodation. The room was small and we had to climb over the bed to get into the cupboard. Thete was too little cupboard space abd no drawers at all. The room was poorly lit and there were no light next yo the bed so I had to use my phone as a torch to read. There were no sockets near the bed. Towels were thin and rough.

    I loved our hotel, it was clean , always something to do , always plenty food options, shops , pools , slides, but I think what sets the place apart was the staff , everyone was so friendly and helpful, the went out their way to help you .

    We have found the accommodation to be much more than expected. The room was a bit small. Not enough cupboard space so was living out suitcases most of the time. The fridge unit was facing the bed and when you opened the unit door it wouldnt open fully as it hit the bed and the fridge door faced the opposite way so couldnt open it either. Solution: we turned the unit round so both doors could open. I think that was the only real issues. There are a few bits in the room that could be updated : the bathroom door had what looked like someone had punched it(?) It also didnt fully open as it hit the toilet. Maybe a sliding door would be better. The food was plentiful and tasty always something to eat. The only issue in the restaurant was we twice had our table cleared whilst away getting our food. The 1st time i came back and our drinks and my own refillable bottle had been cleared by the staff (got my bottle back) and the 2nd time i came back our 4 drinks had been cleared away and other people sitting where we had so we ended up walking about with food laden plates for about 5/10 mins til we got a free table. This is the only holiday ive never felt ill on after eating food at hotel. Staff all really nice. Good pools. Sunbeds - folk down 6/6.30am putting towels down at main pool. Quiet pool not so bad - maybe 7/7.30 am. Always managed to get a sunbed at quiet pool. No sunbed wars.
