Hotel nothing like pictures especially the pool area The bathroom was tatty dated and grout area was yellow and the rust was bad. No milk each day in rooms Fire alarm did not go off when their was a fire on the roof with one of the signage letters and they tried to put it out with a water fire extinguisher when clearly it was an electrical issue with the lighting on the letters so took ages to extinguish as fire bellowed out of the roof where a lady popped out into her balcony area only to be told but us on the ground to shout .. Go back .. Fire !! The food wasn’t very hot The staff were very hard working and cleaned up quickly in restaurant and bar and made out bed daily. Manager was not very nice to his staff we noticed but then turned round to the guests all smiles and left the poor staff lady in the restaurant serving food visibly upset.

Acceptable and clean (except the lift doors were utterly filthy at the bottom), friendly staff. Food was very repetitive and bland, like they couldn't be bothered to try. Entertainment was near non existent. All just average but slightly higher cost for what it was

Its good for a 3 star rated hotel. Cheap and cheerful. Staff always friendly and welcoming and remember returning guests like us with a little token gesture and a thank you note. Always a smile and a hug from long term staff and a few words when they get time that is. The only real bad experience is at the assisted travel at palma airport. First i was sat on the plane for 1 hour after landing before the lift came to get me and a few more passengers off. On the return trip I was expected to walk to customs after been told I have walking difficulties. To be told its only there. Well 50m to me is more then only there without aid, ontop of that my wife had to push me in a wheelchair to the boarding gate, where I had to just sit there with an hour delay on top of the 2 hrs because they took the chair away. No problem with the assistance back at East Midlands though.

Fire evacuation was non existent when needed! Water was seen coming out of electrical spot lights which blew them and not long after the lights on the roof caught fire .. electrical fault? No one seemed phased there was a fire and guests were directly under it and other guests were the ones to notify them Food was poor smell was poor from drainage towards the end of the holiday
