Staff were lovely, but accommodation was awful, feet were filthy all walking barefoot on the floor it was so dirty, mattresses had mould on them as did headboard. Curtains dirty, press doors didn't close correctly. Bathroom had bad odour throughout holiday, we bought two air fresheners to try and alleviate smell but only helped a little. Shower drain also flooded apartment after only second shower though staff did sort this. Toilet paper also couldn't be put down toilet and had to be put in bin, should be stated on booking form, I know it is common in parts of lanzarote but should be noted when booking. Pool was small but still nice, but sunbeds an issue, says not to be reserved but most days people still did. It has nice potential as small apartment block but badly needs refurbishment.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Will visit again. Staff were so helpful and friendly a 10/10 experience!!

basically as we expected generous size room huge bathroom with super shower. All areas of the complex clean and hotel staff friendly and solved our minor problem with our room safe immediately. Only down side as we had a delayed flight the reception was closed, whilst we got access to our room via a telephone call the access to the apartments were in almost complete darkness.
