    The hotel is advertised as a four star, but we discovered it is more a 3+. With other hotels you have a welcoming drink but not there. The shower didn’t work properly, we had to get it fixed, the curtains in the room were full of holes, we reported this to the rep. The “all inclusive”drinks menu had a very small selection of drinks that were included, with us having to pay for our drinks, only one bottle of water per week per room! We were with TUI at this hotel three years ago, that’s why we booked it again, but found a marked difference this time from before. If we had known it was going to be like this we would not have booked it again.

    I liked how modern everything was. You could take wrist bands off but also didn't need a card to get in room as just scanned your wrist band. You could close off toilet and showers with separate doors or have it all as one room. Pool was amazing and slides were great for children. Liked the boat to get across to island.

    Hotel, staff and location very happy generally. Perhaps a little minimalistic for our taste. Buffet service food was a little uninteresting and luke warm at best. Fair enough, by nature its difficult to please everyone. Drinks package, although we were warned by reviews, was limited and certainly not all inclusive. Mixers very often flat and spoiling drinks. If we ever returned we would stay bed and breakfast and eat out. Hotel not good value for money taking this into account.
