Excellent, rooms spotless and cleaned every day. Comfy beds, pillows too hard. Great view from balcony

Rude staff, we arrived at 11pm on our first night, no water, no offer of a drink we were told to go to a spa shop outside of the hotel, not great for all inclusive. We were issued 2 tokens for exchange at the bar for drinks; staff would not give water without an empty plastic cup. I had a soft drink but asked for water and I was flatly refused this. All-inclusive customers were treated like we were receiving everything for free. the service and attitude were poor; we spent most of our time outside of the hotel. We do not drink a lot but to be refuse water is ridiculous, you could have coffee and a drink but not water and a drink. I would not give this hotel any good feedback. Unhappy with our experience and this hotel

“Fantastisch hotel”

Vibra Algarb is een erg ruim en fijn hotel met zeer veel mogelijkheden, zonneplein, zwembad, vlak langs het strand, waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen en zonnen. De kamers waren keurig netjes en elke dag werden de kamers keurig gedaan, door hele aardige en vriendelijke dames. Ontbijt, lunch en diners waren keurig verzorgd en elke dag was er weer wat anders te eten, ook hier hele aardige en vriendelijke mensen. We hebben hier met erg veel plezier gelogeerd. Een week om nooit te vergeten.

The staff, the receptionist who checked us in, and food at breakfast was great. The hotel, location and lobby/amenities were great, looked nice and as expected, nothing impressive but nice as expected. The room however was very outdated, crispy doors, paint missing.. chairs had makeup stains.. honestly was not 4 stars ... and w would like to say as experienced travellers, we honestly assess and see also for a party/beach holiday vibe hotel in the area, you don't need luxury per se, but at least room should be clean an well put together... but it looked like an afterthought.

It was right on the beach front which was lovely for a beach walk. The accommodation was only 10 minutes from the airport which was handy. But also lovely to watch the planes land and take out from the sun lounger.
