    Food was raw and cooked wrong, all members of the party were ill from the food, food was labelled incorrectly. Activities staff were nice but only asked men to participate in sports activities and women in activities such as yoga

    Excellent in majority of areas! Issues we encountered it needs more lifts, 4 is not coping well when the hotel is full. Main entertainment room needs some money spending on it, not very inviting. We had a couple of broken items in our room, the reception and staff resolved them within half an hour. A lot of other nationalities at the hotel which caused some isolated feelings. Beds very comfy. Good for mobility challenged. A ramp could be fitted from list down to restaurant but this doesn’t stop you accessing another way. Great sea views, 5 - 10 steps to the beach. More sunbeds needed in high season though. Stopping early birds claiming beds with towels might help. Some reserved sunbeds and didn’t use them until after 3pm. Not fair to other paying guests! Staff are amazing!

    The location was absolutely stunning, right on the beach, with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere. Waking up to the sea every morning made our stay even more special. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, and we couldn't have asked for a better location.
