    Wrong room given not as requested on booking Spoke to reception told hotel is fully booked as there is nothing we can do until at least Monday and it would be unlikely we would still be able to move you to a room you requested. It took the Tui rep to get this sorted. Breakfast was disappointing but ok. No food to buy during the day at hotel and the roof top bar closed at 9pm. There was also a set of rules in the room saying you were not meant to bring your own food and drink back to the hotel.
