Accommodation was immaculate and was in a great location. The only downside was: 1. The entertainment was very poor. Although to be fair, I wasn’t expecting any. 2. You had to pay for drinks with your evening meal and these were expensive. A coke was 4.5 euros for a tiny glass and this felt like a rip off

Prima hotel, goede communicatie met Tui hostess. Prima personeel in het hotel. Sommigen zouden iets vriendelijker kunnen zijn. Goede locatie. Veel zaken binnen loopafstand. Prijzen zijn heel verschillend. Ligt aan de locatie in de stad zelf

“Top vakantie!!”
Omdat de ligging precies tussen oud en nieuw ligt kun je kiezen welke kant je te voet uit gaat. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke straat, maar je kunt ook niet straat kant boeken en dan heb je geen geluidshinder. Hop on treintje stopt voor hotel, vonden wij wel handig. Het ontbijt is wel saai, voldoende keuze maar geen variatie. Verder vonden wij het een top vakantie!!

My partner and I were not happy with the fact that there was no TUI rep available when we arrived, or even the following day. In fact we arrived late morning on Thursday only to find there was no rep available until the next Monday, which was a massive 4 days into a 7-night stay! This really is poor service. We wanted to speak to the rep about different excursions and how to book trips easily as there were so many to choose from it was confusing. If there is not going to be a TUI rep available at the start of the holiday, what's the point in having a rep there at all? We were not told this at the time of booking, so this aspect of the holiday was mis-sold. We were really disappointed and upset by this. I want to make a point of giving this feedback because I have always booked my holidays with TUI and had the best of experiences. Sadly, not this time though.
