    Rooms are not non smoking as we thought so if your neighbours smoked we had to suffer the awfull fumes smell. Cleaners only wiped floor changed towels bedding but never cleaned the sink area or balcony. There was a sticky plaster on the balcony floor when we arrived still there when we left. They do not replenish water in fridge or shampoo or shower gel. So not really 4 star! Room scam as per many online comments. We booked early Dec 2025 but their Web site not open till April so couldn't select actual room position until then. So we did in April same room category no upgrade. Then 5 days before arriving advised room not available but room right next door was but 224 euros to select. As considered an up grade to choose exact room ?? although no mention of this when we were finaly able to select room 5 months after booking. No change to room. Category to that booked in December. Then we met the guests who were in the room we had originally selected right next door to us. They had exactly same 5 days before arrival told room not available so 224 euros to reselect. We were in the room they had originaly selected and we were in the room they had originally selected we all arrived same day ??? So rooms were available? Just a scam so hotel made 448 euros extra from us and our neighbouring guests by saying the rooms were unavailable to each of us but offering the room directly next door to us and them. Classing as room upgrade although we had not upgraded but had already paid 1000 pound premium for room with plunge pool. Do they not realise we speak to fellow guests!!?? What a rip off. Entertainment was rubbish and repeated every week. We were there 14 nights and even the quizzes had same questions the second week as in first. All acts were. Glorified kareoke singing badly to backing tracks.

    Any bookings for room 3209, do not go there. Busy road from 5.00am,impossible to sleep. We changed rooms
