    Amazing place, so friendly helpful. Everything you need is there. Only 10 minutes walk to beach.food was amazing and service was outstanding

    Negatives: There is definitely a lack of sunbeds, many umbrella fixing points were empty as broken ones have clearly not been replaced, meaning a lack of shade was an issue. This was compounded by the fact that the hotel seemingly had no rules regarding early \"claiming\"of sunbeds. On previous Tui holidays there have been plenty of beds and rules enforced to ensure there is greater fairness and ability to get beds. As such I was forced to get up very early on holiday to get suitable sun beds for my family. The evening entertainment was also poor and finished very early with no consideration for adults at all. Yes it is a child friendly resort but so have others we've too with Tui and they had much greater balance. The staging was also problematic; I have expertise in theatre and sound and lighting were hugely problematic. Unless right by the stage it was difficult to hear due to poor balancing levels. There was also no face light other than poorly used ground rows; combined with the back light from the big screen this meant performers were effectively shadowed. Facial expressive couldn't be seen and the magic show really didn't work with poor lighting. The wet bar was understaffed with only person serving on either side of the bar at any time. During peak season this created significant waits. Also the ice cream machines for all inclusive were never refilled once emptied once meaning these were rarely available. Availability in the included restaurants was very poor even when trying to book within the first hour upon arrival. The buffet was nice enough but very repetitive Positives: The restaurants (not buffet) did serve lovely food as did the pool side grill as a lunch option. The staff were great. Very helpful and bubbly. Some decent day time activities were available and the table service in the evening was very well organised unlike some previous experiences of this. The swimming pools themselves were very good and there was always space within them. The rooms were spacious with good storage for suitcases. Air conditioning was also effective although not working in the bedroom.

    Had recently been renovated which looked great. Pools and entertainment great. Really disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options and the lack of food labelling.

    “Top hotel!”

    Super hotel met een super ligging. Voor ons de eerste keer Zafiro en zeker niet de laatste! Super schoon, vriendelijke mensen, super all in en goed eten en drinken. A la carte lunch en bediening aan tafel bij de avondshows. Voor ieder wat wils! Op loopafstand van bushalte en het stadje. Ons dochtertje was gevallen en moest naar het ziekenhuis en ook daarbij heeft het hotel mega goed geholpen. Sowieso worden alle zwembaden super in de gaten gehouden door lifeguards. Heel blij mee! We hebben een toptijd gehad en kijken nu alweer uit naar een volgende vakantie bij Zafiro.
