    Dinner should start at 6pm. Hotel welcome with drink and cake was excellent. Tui blue availability of classes very poor - other tui blue hotels have stretching and yoga twice daily - we were there for 4 days and there was nothing on Saturday and Sunday. Beach sunbed cushions need replacing. Pool towels are stained and frayed and need replacing. Breakfast service poor; having to ask for drinks and cutlery when staff are waiting around doing nothing. No managers in any if the restaurants came to ask for feedback - very unusual. Staff need to treat all customers the same, irrespective of whether they receive monetary tips. Those who tip receive higher standard of service. Beach security/attendants need better training to not treat individuals differently based on skin colour. White guests received the sunbed cushions as soon as they were seen walking towards a sunbed. My daughter was completely ignored by 3 members of staff. When she went to get a sunbed cushion from a neighbouring pair of sunbeds that had been set up, she was told 'that it was reserved for an English couple\" who had not arrived on the beach yet - well she is also English but brown in colour - rascism/prejudice is completely unacceptable. Food was of a high standard, hot and there are no complaints. Staff at dinner was variable; a couple were miserable and some tried to whisk plates away whilst still dining. Public toilets were clean. Did not see or hear from Tui rep.

    Flight out for extra space was good as 2 between three seats but no foot rest or ability to slightly reckons on way back extra space was full with 3 people so just felt like extra leg space. Accommodation was on the small side and bedside table filled with phone so no ability for tablets or phone charges. Complimentary fruit stayed in room for 3 days and wine needed a cork screw that want supplies. Only topped up coffee sugar once which was towards end of holiday and had to get own water after day one. Overall though happy enough staff were always happy and willing to oblige. Limited beverage iotion for dinner

    In general the hotel is spotless, the staff as I mentioned are most accommodating, to the point where we will no longer be holidaying in Spain. They do not seem to want us there. I feel the rooms here are a little compact but that would be my only adverse comment.
