General information

On this page, you can can check in quickly and easily online and print out your boarding pass. To do so, please simply enter your booking number and last name as listed in your booking confirmation.

The online check-in process at www.tuifly.com is only available for TUI fly airline flights starting 30 days before departure until 5 hours before the flight. If a seat was reserved, online check-in is free. If a seat was not reserved, check-in starts 48 hours before departure.
Exception: For flights from Kos, Web Check-in is possible up to 48 hours before departure.

Baggage

Please check your baggage at the latest by 60 minutes before departure at a drop-off point or at a check-in desk.

As of 1 April 2015, the baggage drop-off service for the evening before the flight is no longer available.

Web-Check-in Customers

For all passengers that booked the Pure fare, for all departures as of 1 Nov. 2014, TUI fly shall charge a fee for checking in at the airport desk in the amount of 5.00 EUR per person (aged 2 and older).

Web check-in is not possible for groups of more than 9 people. Check-in at the airport is free for those travelling in groups.

Passengers with wheelchairs or who require supportive care at the airport should contact our service center.
